So. Exams are over and I am officially on break! YUS!~ =D

Nothing much planned other than Taupo =) and heaaaaps of sleeep (not that I don’t already get enough during the semester~ )

And not much of a “meaningful” post other than that I wanted to let you know of those small insignficant things..oh, and will be away till end of next week just in case you were wondering why I wasn’t updating

Three Week Break/Hiatus/Hibernation… 3 June, 2009

Well. It has been forever since I’ve updated and this is all due to having too litte time in the day for other things other than uni, uni and more uni! u_u

Just thought that would update you all (which there is next to nothing to update…. other than the occasional going-out that is worth mentioning but of course no time to~ not that it’s particularly great or anything..) and put this blog on a break/hiatus/hibernation….

To sum it up, all I have been doing is a lot of uni work =( it’s depressing. Sigh~

Hope everyone is good. Everything is good on my end…. other than the neverending work, assignments and study that needs to be done.

But, anyways, see you all in three weeks~

I May Be Living in The Past, But It’s A Damn Good Past! 10 May, 2009

So, as of late (or this past year, to be more precise, I think), I have been reminscing and thinking a lot about the past 2-3 years of my life, in particular 2006..

2006 was my last high school year and omg, I miss it so damn much! I just miss those after school days in which it was spent with friends doing absoultely nothing but hanging around and enjoying each other’s company…  outside supermarkets on the couches… at lush green-grassed parks and domains… at each other’s houses karaoking…. and just general random drives and late night beach visits~

My heart is so aching for those days again. Oh, how I would just give anything for those days to be incorporated into my current everyday life of just uni, uni and more uni…. =_=

*sigh* Miss it so much. And now hardly see or talk to those friends much with excepton to one if he wasn’t overseas atm…. but yeah, I thought that since I was thinking about and “living” in the past so much, thought that I would write about and hopefully it would all be written down and not forget about it but just… I dunno…

To me, those were the best days  of my life and were the beginning of everything… if I didn’t have those days, then I don’t think I would be where I am now… I’m extremely (and possibly completely..) happy now but it’s just those little bits of friendship that is missing.. I have awesome friends now but… well, of course it’s not the same….

I’m happy and content with my life boyfriend. new friends. experiences. life. It’s good. Just missing the past…..

Grace In Small Things #2 And Short F&F4 Mention~ 6 May, 2009

Soo start off with Grace in Small Things!

This week I am thankful for….

1. Boyfriend (I am thinking he’s going to be regular mention but….) – for being there when I am sick and in general. <3
2. Finishing assignments in the nick of time
3. (continue from above) catching up on sleep while I am sick so I was able to survive this day on next-to-no sleep! and with NO V-help too! (it was ready and waiting but not needed!! Amazing~~) amazing what a whole days or two sleep can do!
4. Of course, that feeling you get when you complete work!
5. Awesome and aww-worthy txt messages from boyfriend! ♥

Next thing…. Fast and Furious movie… whose seen it and is absoutely (or pretty much..) in love with it!? I am… so much in fact that I saw it twice! LOL. Dedication right here….. heh. XD

Busyness and Grace In Small Things #3 6 May, 2009

I haven’t had the time to update in the past week due to overload of assignments and everything during the first week back.. not to mention a little lack of motivation and also not sure what to write about other than my life….

I’m still not really on top of everything but I must say that this semester has seen me been semi-on top of my workload and getting assignments and work done on time.. not sure if it is due to my boyf making me do work in his own special way but… I think it’s work and/or his good work habits are brushing off on me! =)

So, yeah just thought would update and mention what’s happening in my life, which is not much.. if it’s not this I’m doing, it’s that. Not very exciting.

There has actually been a  few topics that I want to talk about but… well, I lose my motivation when I actually get on a computer.. so that just fails.

Anyways, Grace In Small Things 3~

1. Getting work done on time with lots of time to spare!
2. (Nearly) getting on top of finances/actually budgeting! ^^
3. Relaxing (whether just watching tv or casually reading short fic )
4. Long phone conversations with boyfriend~
5. Nicely made bed ( = image of tidiness )

And P.S. have a big and busy this Saturday… (keyword of this entry? Busy. Busy. Busy!) wish me luck on my speech and cultural performance I have on that busy Saturday~ T.T

So, one of the blogs that I follow does this and I have been meaning to do/start it for quite sometime but my procrastination and laziness kicks in and I just leave it and/or am too lazy to do so. But after having such a great week, I thought that I should and yeah~ =]

Also, another blog I follow does something similar to this as well. Instead of acknowleding and noticing/embracing the good things that has happened, it is things that she loves and… I just realized it’s pretty much the same. So, I guess without any further ado~

Grace In Small Things 1

1. Time spent with friends that you don’t see often.
2. Boyfriend – having someone just so optimistic and just plain awesome<3
3. Friends.

3x Thursday: Thursday’s Meme 2 April, 2009

1. How are you doing today? Is it a Good Day, A Bad Day, or an Indifferent Day? Why?
Well.. atm it’s 1.05 am and I am a little tired and should be sleeping within the next hour or so but am kind of awake coz of a afternoon nap that I took coz only had 3-4 hours sleep the previous night -.-

So yeah, I think that answers the question of it is a good, bad or indifferent day.. and why..

2. What are you up to/what have you done so far today?

Today, being Thursday early morning, I have done nothing other than spend the one hour that is Thursday just online and attempting work… =_=

But. My Wednesday wasn’t too bad, spent some time with the bf and picked up an item that I won on Trademe (post-it notes dispenser! ^^) and then um, well not much actually…. attempted study/work on assignment but the most that I have done is um, the outline/template of it.. ~_~

3. What are your plans for the evening? Anything fun?

My plans for Thursday evening…. no. Nothing planned other than the usual of when I am at home.. which is pretty much nothing. I do, however have plans to have done a majority of my Event Planning assignment! Let’s see what happens…..

The Edge Morning Madhouse April Fool’s Day Prank~ 2 April, 2009

The best April Fool’s Day prank I have heard and seen/listened to was this morning’s April Fool’s joke that was pulled by The Edge Morning Madhouse. That was really awesome. I probably would have fallen for it…. if I earned more than like $50,000 I think it was? Yeah. It actually felt like a dream….. could have been because it was kind of early in the morning….. but yeah. Awesome stuff ^_^
So. Pretty much, a summary of it is that they played an ad that said that if you earned more than (I think) $50,000 then you’d be entitled to $5,000 directly credited to your bank account by the Inland Revenue. There was a 0800 line set up and the calls that came in was great~~

Calls were also made to Inland Revenue!! But yeah, if you heard it this morning, then you would know what I’m talking about and know how pretty great it was~

If I Had A Credit Card….. 21 March, 2009

If I had a credit card, oh no, it would be a nightmare!? Maybe….?

But yes, I just got home from watching Confessions of A Shopaholic with my friend. It was good and quite funny. I love Isla Fisher! She is so cute and adorable but that scene where she is trying to retrieve the letter that she accidentally sent to Aletta or something.. that was soo painful to watch! >.<

But I think overall it was a good movie! Awesome chick flick definitely!

And I have actually been thinking of like doing reviews of movies that I see…. coz I have kind of seen quite a few movies lately and actually having an opinion! Haha.. XD

But, anyways updates, updates… not much… nothing exciting has been happening much in my life.. it’s just been uni, uni and more uni with the occasional sociality~ but not much coz I have been poor (up till recently..) and quite busy….

Oooh, what has been exciting is that IAM OUT OF OVERDRAFT!! ^^ YAY! I actually have MONEY in my account hehe. That’s nice And.. that’s about it really.

Oooh I met up with some old friends from high school that I haven’t seen in like AGES!! (One year to be exact) and that was very awesome. Omg… the conversation topics have like changed soo much and quite a few of my friends from high school are getting married and like just living life! Life is happening and er, yeah.. it’s kind of exciting yet scary at the same time.. ><
I think there was something that I was to mention.. that I wanted to mention but I have forgotten it… -__-

Well. That’s all. Oh! I attended a wedding ceremony of my Dad’s family friend last weekend and it was, I thikn my first wedding ceremony that I’ve attended.. that I’ve rembered? But yeah, it was nice… so nice that I nearly cried!? >< I stopped myself though… but yeah… I guess I have reached that part of my life…… or I’m getting old =_= lol..

But anyways, to end this entry (that is very delayed), carrying on from the theme from the rest of the day, I will be going out with some more friends from high school and I’m just really looking forward to catching up with them and maybe also drinking (:P) and going out.. as I haven’t gone out in SO long! But yeah..
